Waiver & Liability Release

• In consideration of my use of the exercise equipment and facilities provided by Hive Fitness Hub, I expressly agree and contract, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, that Hive Fitness Hub, its employees, officers, directors, associates, and insurers shall not be held liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by me, my clients, or my guests, in, on, or about the premises, or resulting from the use of any equipment or facilities within the Hive Fitness Hub premises.
• By executing this agreement, I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any kind that may occur to me, my clients, or my guests. I hereby fully and forever release and discharge Hive Fitness Hub, along with its employees, officers, directors, associates, and insurers, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action—present or future, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated—that may arise from or relate in any way to the use of the facilities, equipment, or participation in activities at Hive Fitness Hub.
• I expressly agree to indemnify and hold Hive Fitness Hub harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action brought by any person or entity that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me, my clients, or my guests while using the facilities, equipment, or participating in any activities at Hive Fitness Hub.
• I agree to be solely responsible for the safety and well-being of myself, my clients, and my guests. I understand that Hive Fitness Hub does not provide supervision, instruction, or assistance in the use of its facilities or equipment, and that all use is at our own risk.
• I agree to comply with all rules and guidelines established by Hive Fitness Hub regarding the use of its facilities and equipment. I also agree to conduct myself in a controlled, respectful, and reasonable manner at all times, and to refrain from using any equipment in a way that is inconsistent with its intended design or purpose.
• I understand and acknowledge that all sales are final.
• I understand and acknowledge that the use of exercise equipment and participation in physical activities at Hive Fitness Hub involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury, permanent disability, or even death.
• I understand and agree that Hive Fitness Hub is not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged while in, on, or around the premises.

Code of Conduct

At Hive Fitness Hub, we are committed to creating a safe, empowering, and respectful space exclusively for women — our guests, trainers, and clients. By using our facilities, you agree to uphold the following Code of Conduct:

• Respect and Courtesy: Treat everyone with respect, courtesy, and consideration. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness by wiping down equipment after use, disposing of trash properly, and keeping common areas tidy.
• Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from staff. Report any unsafe conditions or equipment immediately.
• Communication: Use clear, respectful, and professional communication with everyone. Keep voice at a respectable volume. If conflicts arise, address them directly and calmly. Unresolved issues should be brought to management's attention.
• Personal Conduct: Maintain appropriate behavior at all times, including respectful language and actions. Offensive or disruptive behavior is prohibited. Hive Fitness Hub enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, or disability. Adhere to all of Hive Fitness Hub's policies, procedures, and staff instructions.
• Age Restriction: No males, regardless of age, are allowed. Girls under the age of 8 are not permitted. No children allowed beyond the reception.
• Trainers and Workouts: No external trainers are allowed; if you need a personal trainer, we have capable ones to provide for your training needs. Members are expected to come prepared for their workouts.
• Hygiene Standards: Bring your own towels as a hygiene measure.
• Noise Policy: No loud music is allowed. Members are encouraged to bring their headphones for personal music.
• Behaviour Guidelines: No gossiping; focus on your workout. No body shaming; maintain a positive environment.
• Membership Requirement: Entry or workout is allowed only with an active gym subscription.
• Attire Policy: Wear appropriate gym attire; home clothes are not accepted.
• Subscription Terms: Gym subscription is non-refundable 24 hours after payment. You can extend your start date by a maximum of 14 days; once the gym start date is activated it cannot be suspended.
• Hydration: Bring your own labeled water bottles to stay hydrated.
• Cleanliness: Keep toilets and shower areas clean after usage. Be responsible and clean up after yourself, please.
• Equipment Usage: Use gym equipment with caution. Members are responsible for intentional damage.
• Positive Environment: Have fun, maintain a positive vibe, and be considerate of other members.
• Appointment System: Reserve specific time slots for classes or equipment usage to manage capacity.
• Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures for your safety.
• Personal Belongings: Use designated storage areas for personal belongings; the gym is not responsible for lost items.
• Equipment Courtesy: Share equipment during peak hours and adhere to time limits.
• Guest Policy: No guests or non-members allowed without prior approval.
• Health and Safety: Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program.
• Communication Channels: Stay informed through our communication channels for updates and announcements. Please join our WhatsApp group.
• Feedback Mechanism: Provide constructive feedback to help us improve and enhance your experience.
• No Picture Policy: No photography is allowed within the gym premises, for the privacy and comfort of all members. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a focused and respectful workout environment.
• Scent-Free Environment: Avoid strong scents or perfumes out of consideration for others.
• Social Media Etiquette: Respect the privacy of others; refrain from sharing images without consent.
